About SWECO

The DC Classifier™ is a multifunctional system developed for the plastic pellet industry. It combines drying, cooling, and classification in a single unit. The top two screen decks use positive or negative airflow to remove moisture and heat, while the lower deck performs particle sizing and dedusting.

Modular decks can be removed for cleaning between material or color changes. Optional casters allow the unit to be moved around a laboratory or production facility. According to the manufacturer, the system also has a smaller footprint than comparable rectangular equipment.
